The brief was to create an e-commerce website for Fair Isle – a new craft company, with over 500 SKUs. This would act as a template for the InQBrand’s other craft labels. I was part of the UX team, and the initial research included talking to a small target user group. After establishing our goals, I mapped out the user’s journey through the site and then started wireframing.
Once the test group was satisfied, I designed layouts for each pages of the website, considering desktop, tablet and mobile experiences. A style guide for images and copy was created and supplied to the client, from which I briefed the development team to build out the site. Some final testing was completed before launch.
